Found a plastic bag with a condom box open next to it in a drawer, the door that goes to the balcony didn’t have a latch to lock and the kitchenette had zero utensils. Bathroom door was lauree loud to open and close and even the fridge door was making noise. The restaurant was closed for an event and that wasn’t notified to visitors.

Nice hotel !!!

Very good hotel, the staff was excellent, nice, courteous, helpful and friendly. Food was good. The room was comfortable, it was for three people, three beds but only two towels!! (??) . The linens were clean, but the decorative pillows smelled bad. I really liked it, I would come back, for sure!!

They give us the bedroom 30 min late from the check in hour. I think that is kind of expensive for what they offer, it’s an average bedroom which you can get in another place for less price. It was clean.

Very disappointed!

Pillows were hard and thick. No warm or hot water in the shower. Bed linen didn’t feel fresh and clean, lighting in room was not bright enough to be able to check. No washcloths, soap for sink or coffee….basic necessities for most travelers :(( I was very impressed with the young man that handled my reservation. He was well mannered and respectful even though I was upset due to a miss-understanding related to the way I booked my reservation online.

Dirty and Unsafe!

Sheets had hair of all sizes everywhere. Sheets also had stains and smelled lime ghey hadnt been washed. Door did not lock which mDe me question safety. I attempted to call reception to let them know of the condition, but the phone did not work. When I looked up at the wall where phone was, there seemed to be blood splatter. Ladies at reception were not accomodating and seemed bothered when I brought up my concerns. Communication was terrible. I had to wait almost 40 minutes for an answer and a refund. Do not recommend.

Súper recomendable!!

El hotel tiene una súper ubicación, las instalaciones estan muy bien y la atención de los empleados es muy buena A pesar de q en otros lugares tuvieron problemas de abastecimiento de agua, en éste hotel sólo un día nos avisaron de q no se haría limpieza en el cuarto por ese motivo pero no faltó agua para bañarse ni para el excusado Los alimentos muy ricos En conclusión súper recomendable
