En la pagina decía que el hotel era con servicio de parqueadero y al llegar a las 11:00 pm me dijeron que para el parqueadero debía llamar con anterioridad a reservar y me toco salir a esa hora a buscar parqueadero, lo que me molesto un poco.

Las instalaciones estan bien, muy buena ubicación cerca de las mejores cosas para hacer en Bogotá, la atención deficiente por parte de las recepcionistas, en diferentes oportunidades se le solicitó un servicio y lo hacía de mala gana. Excepto la chica que tenia el turno de la noche, muy dispuesta y colaboradora ella si tiene ética de atención al huesped. El desayuno estaba bien, pero siempre lo mismo, no varian eso es algo que pueden mejorar. Fallas constantes con el calentador de agua, fueron contados los dias que funcionó es molesto bañarse en una ciudad fria con agua helada y mas si viajas con niños como fue mi caso. Discrepancias en las tarifas de transporte ofrecian un valor y después te salían con otras tarifas. En general, lo mas deficiente fue la atención y trato al huesped. Las instalaciones y ubicación si son buenas. Es un hotel con mucho potencial pero deben revisar las fallas para hacer más amena la estadía

Impecable la habitación y todo el hotel en general, la actitud de uno de sus empleados fue un poco desagradable no se siente uno en casa ni con confianza, el señor muestra ser un poco apático e indiferente, los demás empleados muy gentiles y serviciales... el lugar es muy central a todos los puntos claves de Bogota

Maravillosa experiencia

Me hospedé en este hotel por espacio de 8 días y ciertamente lo volveré a hacer de tener la oportunidad. Es cómodo, impecable, y muy bonito. El servicio es excelente y todos los encargados están siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. Carolina es un amor de persona, al igual que Luz y Nicolás. A pesar de no ser costoso, la ubicación es privilegiada; está a sólo unas cuadras del Transmilenio, a 10 minutos de la embajada estadounidense, y a 15 del aeropuerto. A una esquina tiene varios excelentes lugares para comer, panaderías, supermercados, y avenidas principales. El único problema fue el acceso a agua caliente pero lo resolvieron tan pronto lo reporté. Si está buscando un lugar limpio, agradable, económico, bien ubicado, y donde lo traten bien, este hotel es para usted.

No pasen una mala experiencia

Malísima.estaban pintando y las habitaciones olían a pintura. Son unos cuartos que dividen en 2 así que solo cabe la cama individual y nada más. No hay cómo colgar trajes. Es horrible.

It is a small place that is generally clean. The rooms are at best small. The staff are super friendly, nice, respectful and helpful. They do provide a convenient transport service. The hotel is conveniently close to many restaurants.

Cómodo, a 15 minutos de la embajada americana.

Habitaciones amplias y camas cómodas. Sólo encontré la dificultad de mucho ruido en la recepción en horas del día, que interrumpe el descanso en la habitación. Pero en la noche ya hay calma. Buena atención y zona amplia en la recepción.

He confiado plenamente en Expedia durante años y siempre me han cumplido no sería justo culparlos pero este hotel debería salir de las ofertas, mienten reserve dos habitaciones y solo me apartaron una sin mis requisitos mínimos llegó del extranjero con dos bebés y mis padres a las 10 pm y me obligan a buscar terrible

Llegamos temprano, y no tenían habitaciones disponibles, eso es entendible, pero no nos informaron del desayuno, y al otro día con mala forma nos dijeron que ya se nos había pasado la hora, no tenía regadera nuestra habitación, en general no lo recibe recomendaría, lo bueno es la zona
