Yes, the room was very clean. It was a large room, with a sitting area and a luxurious bathroom. The bathroom had a rain shower head and a large tub for soaking. There were snacks (nuts, chocolate bars) and drinks (beer, juice, water) in the minibar. It had complimentary water. Tonight we are staying at Habitel Select. While it is nice as well, the room is half the size of the room at Habitel Prime and does not have as many extras.

Bus driver: excellent, very helpful. Front desk: just the opposite, not friendly, not helpful, called them twice, waited 10 min each time n didn’t answer. The room door didn’t lock properly, had no toilet paper n one towel was dirty. Definitely would not recommend. Only positive was a very good breakfast with good variety

Awesome hotel! Super clean and the staff is really nice. It's near the airport, so yeah, you'll hear cars and planes. The shuttle is 24/7 so thats a plus!

The highlight of this hotel is the excellent airport shuttle running every 30 minutes, making it perfect for long layovers in Bogotá or longer stays. My room was more like a small apartment, with a living room, dining table, full kitchen, shower and tub, plus a queen bed—great for a couple or small family. For early flights, they offer a convenient station with coffee, pastries, bread, and fruit. A very comfortable and practical stay!

Hotel is located very close to airport which is very convenient. One thing I need to say is for a hotel at this $$$, the room cleanliness was not the best, furniture was very dusty and you can tell they din't clean behind doors, you can see debris in corners etc. Sorry, but I have to say it so management can work on this with hotel staff.
