Service is Excellent, people really nice. The food at room service really bad, steak was super salty, no tender, the rice was old and no flavor and the salad was bad as well. The food and restaurants in Bogota are amazing, but not in this hotel

No heaters available, only 2 in the entire hotel and they were already being used by others because the rooms get very cold at night, to the point we ended up getting sick after staying for 3 nights. Besides that, the hotel is nice, good rates and location.

Refuge in Chico Norte, Bogota.

This newish hotel in the best part of Bogota hits all the right notes. Spacious, well-appointed rooms, great shower, comfy bed, excellent breakfast, and great staff who go out of their way to assist and ensure your comfort both inside and outside the hotel.

Me and my girlfriend were visiting Bogotá for one week. We loved this location given its close to all the attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was lovely though it can get quite busy and the staff, amazing as they were, were a bit behind. The street was very quiet and the 7th floor patio had amazing views of the mountains. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bogotá.
