Two night stop before Colombia tour

Great location, 2minutes walk from Gold Museum and old town is only 5 minutes walk away. Plenty of restaurants and cafes close by also. Room was clean & comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff were amazing and very accommodating. Breakfast is amazing. The location could not be more perfect. Access to restaurants and transit is right outside the door. Lots of street entertainment and a market only blocks away. The walk of murals is also within a short walk.

If you can get a room on a higher floor it is nice and quiet. I stayed on the second floor where I could hear reception as well as the street noise and then also on the fourth floor facing the garden where it was extremely quiet. Staff was kind. Breakfast was basic but good.

Probably the smallest room I've ever stayed in but the bed was really comfortable and the shower had hot water straightaway and great pressure. Also after these nights in the single room I also stayed in a twin room as is the first night of G Adventures Classic Columbia trip. I was concerned how two strangers would fit in such a small room but the twin room is a lot bigger. Hotel Regina has really friendly and helpful staff, it's an easy walk to buses or the main squares.

The hotel was nice and very central. The elevator was interesting haha. Definitely not made for more than 2 people with luggage. The best part of the hotel was their rooftop terrace, so beautiful. The room was kinda small and the tv didn’t work properly and wifi was very spotty. The hotel is in a central location with tons of places to shop and eat.

Great location, steps from the Emerald Trade Center, very close to the Gold Museum and in the middle of the Candelaria neighborhood. Lots of cafes, restaurants, currency exchange offices close by. Clean rooms, good mattress and pillows. Overall a great place to stay for the price. The staff was very accommodating. I got a room before the checking time. I booked it through Expedia and the reservation included free breakfast but the hotel did not recognize it. Make sure you bring a copy of the reservation stating the free breakfast.

We stayed here for 3 nights prior to joining a group tour, and it is a very typical style of hotel used by group tours. Breakfast was fine. The bottled water provided in the lobby was regularly empty. The location was sketchy and had nothing very close by for dinner when we arrived at 8pm. There was no air circulation in the room except for a small window that opened. The temp was fine except for immediately after using the shower, at which point the whole room became a sauna. Staff was friendly.

If something maintenance related goes wrong in your room in the evening they don’t have staff to fix it. They only have one staff overnight and he can’t leave the front desk.
