Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo.

No habia papel higienico, tampoco jabon o shampoo. Las sabanas tenian manchas y la cubresabanas tenian muchos pelos, no fueron limpias. Quisieron cobrarme un monto de 10 USD adicional por check in, no indicado en hotels.com, lo cual no accepté. Si reservan alla, avisen con anticipo antes de llegar. Llegué a las 7pm, no habia nadie y se demoraron mucho en contestar el telefono, y me indicaron que se demorarian 1 hora para llegar al apartamento. Me tocó reservar otro hotel para la 1era noche desafortunadamente. Hotels.com se puso en contacto con el dueño del apartamento, pero no quizo cancelar la 1era noche a pesar de los inconvenientes. Lo unico bueno que puedo resaltar, es la atencion de la señora Pilar que me recibió el 2ndo dia y al momento del check out. Fue amable y puntual. Considerando estos puntos, no recomiendo este sitio.
