There was no silverware, forks, spoons, or butter knives in the furnished apartment studio. The stove tops are old and take 30 minutes to heat up anything. The room smelt musty and there was construction noise from the adjacent room that could heard all day.

Ok so this is the thing i used tonstay here a lot and it was a beautiful hotel, it had everything and almost 4 to 5 star experience, my surprise returning this year is that this place is not a hotel anymore, the reception is close, they hay a reception in a room in the second floor, they do have parking and a 24 hour security but not a hotel any more, the rooms are nice, housekeeping in great, but they are selling the rooms individually tillnthey can close the hotel, so there is no a hotel sensation at all, no room service, no breakfast, no concierge, no receptionist, nothing, the wifi is just plain bad, they close the computers zone, the tv keep failing every night, the furniture is now just old, whoever is managing this place really doesn't want it anymore! The only good thing the security guys were soo attentive and nice! This place is done! Too bad! This will be my last time at lloyds.

El servicio de recepción es muy malo, me cobraron un valor en el check in igual al que decía la página y al momento de salir me cobran otro valor adicional porque a la persona del check in se le olvidó y adicional a esto una semana después todavía no me entregan la factura dizque por un error en el sistema. La presión de las duchas es muy mala y el agua caliente se va mientras te estás bañando. No lo recomiendo

Pésimo, no tenían mi reserva, la persona de recepción no tenía ni idea que hacer conmigo. La propiedad estaba en mal estado desde la fachada hasta el interior, muy mal este sitio. Da no volver nunca. Y me quedó mal Hoteles.com no contestando a ningún medio mi solicitud de ayuda con este tema

This is one of my favorite places to stay in Bogota. Rooms are spacious with a convenient kitchenette. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. It's close to the very popular Park 93 which has shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend if staying in that area.

He viajado en múltiples ocasiones a Bogotá por trabajo y normalmente me quedo en hoteles, pero de ahora en adelante, encontré una alternativa muchísimo mejor. En primer lugar, resaltar a las personas que trabajan en el Lloyd's. Desde la recepción hasta las mucamas, todos hacen un punto en hacer tu estadía un placer y eso es algo que -al menos para mi- hace la diferencia al momento de elegir un lugar. El apartamento es bastante amplio, con un area de cocina, y una mesa con dos sillas separándola de la sala, que hace las veces de escritorio. La sala cuenta con un sofá, sillas y una mesa de centro, se encuentra separado de la habitación (y el baño) por una puerta, lo que es bastante práctico para separar ambientes, especialmente si es que estás en una reunión con cámara y no quieres estar mirando (o que vean) tu cama. En cuanto a instalaciones, tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía prolongada, con refrigerador, cocina completa y sus utensilios, microondas y vajilla. El único aparato faltante y que me proporcionaron de inmediato cuando se los comenté, fue una cafetera, lo que es indispensable para disfrutar del excelente café Colombiano. Hay un mercadito con una buena selección de productos a menos de una cuadra y supermercados cerca, que hacen delivery. El servicio de limpieza es diario, excepto los domingos y el wi-fi funciona aceptablemente para trabajo e incluso reuniones vía zoom y meet. En suma, volvería de todas maneras.

This apart-hotel did not have a laundry, even though the add clarearly said "laundry facilities". One of the great advantages of of having an apartment rather then an hotel is the laundry and the kitchen. Not having a laundry removes most of the bwnefit. The apartment was also quite cold, which made it a bit uncomfortable. They should probably have a heater in the room. Apart from that the flats are nice and well located.

I loved my stay at Lloyd's, it is wonderfully located right in the heart of one of the best areas in Bogota. The rooms have some age but very well kept. They are spacious and have everything you need for an extended stay. The best part of the hotel is the staff. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. I recommend Lloyd's and will certainly be coming back here in my next stay.

Lloyd’s was much more then I expected. Their staff is very friendly. Suites are cleaned daily and towels are replaced daily as well. It’s a nice place to stay clean and calm no complaints. I felt safe and would definitely stay here again.

The personnel is extremely cordial, and ready to help any time. They even memorized the names of everybody. The location its in the fine area. The service of laundry is outstanding. The kitchen is very well equipped with kitchen, big refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker machine, at each apartment, free coffee in the lobby, good wifi, The place and area are very safe. There are world class malls, restaurants, pharmacies, cafeterias, bakeries and other shopping stores near by. I will stay again in Lloyds next time that I go to Bogota.
