The room was exceptionally clean and in order. When we reached out to the staff for anything, they were quick to respond and provide us with services requested. The staff is amazing and they deserve this 5 star review!

Nowhere near a 9.4

I don’t know where these 9.4 ratings are coming from. I relied on these reviews and I am less than overwhelmed. Everyone was very pleasant but I was shocked that this place didn’t even have a laundry room. The staff offered to hand wash things for me. Very basic with a small kitchen with two stoves and no oven. So you can’t do much.the only saving grace is that there is an Éxito Super store in walking distance. They provide minimalist shampoo and nothing else. The towels were new and clean if that is important. No privacy except the minimalist bsrhroom

Great apaqfrtment! Modern, clean, close to everything. As for the staff...the worst. Check-in was easy and the ladies were nice but the night staff.. Our key to open the apartment was not working. It was 9pm. The reception guy came up and we explained to him for 10 minutes, he called a friend. Nothing. He had the audacity to tell us "you shouldn't have locked the door using that lock". How about putting a sign. It was so rude. We were stuck in the hallway for a solid half hour. When we went downstairs, we overheard the reception lady say "it's their problem"! We eventually got in by constantly jiggling the key . Having guest is another circus. You need to sign them in , maximum 2 people and they need to leave at 10 pm. I had to beg to have a 3rd friend come up for 15 minutes. Great place, great location but staff is offensibly bad.

ES EL PEOR HOTEL AL QUE HAYA PODIDO IR. EXTREMADAMENTE PESIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE, LAS DE RECEPCIÓN SON UNA MALAS EDUCADAS, MAL HABLADAS, NO SABEN EXPLICAR Y PARECE QUE SON ENEMIGAS DEL HOTEL PARA QUE NO VAYAN CLIENTES. Uno les da sugerencia para mejoría y no les importa nada. La limpieza es cada 5 día NO ME GUSTÓ PARA NADAAAAAAA Deberían cambiar el personal y tomar en cuenta que si uno sale de vacaciones, no es para estar pendiente a limpiar donde uno se queda, al menos cada 2 o 3 días deberían limpiar las habitaciones.

Muy buena solución. Moderno. Eficiente, limpio, óptimo servicio exelente atención. Único defecto es que no hacen aseo a la habitación todos los días, como en todos los otros lados, pero, si se lo preguntas, el aseo a la habitación lo van hacer cada 3 o 4 días.
