"직원들이 너무 친절했어요. 지금껏 경험해보지 못한 직원들의 친절이 아직도 기억에 남아 있습니다. 룸상태는 고풍스러운 느낌이면서도 깔끔했어요. 뭐하나 흠잡을게 없는 호텔이였습니다 제가 쇼핑하겠다고 여기저기 돌아다녔었는데, 이건 바보같은 행동이였어요. 호텔 5분거리에 큰 쇼핑센터? 가 있었습니다. 교통을 우선시 한다면 조금 불편할수있어요. 다만 프라하는 교통권이 필요 없을 정도로 작은 도시긴 합니다. 제가 만약 프라하를 다시간다면 꼭 다시 묶고 싶습니다."

"Really lovely hotel and even more lovely staff I got there early and they went out of their way to find me available room. After I checked out, I realised I’d forgotten something in my room, as my cab was there to take me to the airport, in the interest of speed, they gave me the master room key to go back up and get it, rather wasting time having to reactivate my room key"

"Location was very convenient as it was not in the centre but with plenty of trams in the area we were able to get around the city comfortably. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Plenty of choice for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in the bar area. The only thing we were not happy with is the fact that free airport shuttle is not available. When we enquired about booking transport we were told it would be a taxi for 950CZK/€40. We had only paid £18 for a prebooked taxi from the airport."
