"A clean confortable hotel with very helpful staff. The rooms were a bit basic but had everything you needed with a really good shower. A nice sitting area in the foyer."

"Very nice Hotel"

"This is a very friendly hotel with an excellent restaurant "

"Obnoxious, arrogant and incompetent. Never experienced such poor staff in all my travels. "Stayed here before and would stay again. Our host Ingrid was friendly and attentive as we're all the staff we met. Room was good standard and restaurant food very good. "

"A truly 5 star experience, the owner was really friendly and helpful. Its a really fantastic experience staying at Chateau Hermival and we hope we can stay there again sometime..."

Bed was comfortable, good shower, rooms were spacious - for a building of this age - and parking was on site and easy. If you like the photos, it definitely looks like them, and I would heartily recommend."

"The hotel offered a great place to stay for one night as we passed through the area. The historical district of the old town was beautiful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was substantial. "

"A quiet and relaxing location with an excellent restaurant."

"Beautiful location. Helpful staff. The food was good. Would stop there again for sure."

"Our second stay here. We absolutely love it. The breakfast is delicious and copious. Property is gorgeous. The ambiance is quiet and relaxing, the perfect place if you're looking to disconnect from busy daily life."

"Top"

"Clean, beautifully decorated, secure parking, nice bed, central to town and close to the cathedral."

The young ladies working the reception and breakfast area were lovely, professional, and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants for dinner. This was a very last minute booking over a very busy weekend, and my main gripe...
