Decent hot breakfast with friendly service. Accomodating front desk staff. Only issue is its in a construction zone making it very dangerous to enter or leave parking lot. Not much option for dog walking place either. But relatively clean area.

Bad was amazing we had the best night sleep, and it was very quiet. The breakfast could have used some work, grits were not cooked. Otherwise it was very good. Also would have liked to see more accommodations for pets, there was not a good space to walk my dog or to potty. Staff was very friendly. Location is great!
