Excellent Bolu Hotel

This hotel , in a smaller city, was outstanding. The rooms were quite large and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, and breakfast had lots of choices.

Sigara içilmeyen bir oda rezervasyonu yapmama rağmen sigara içilen bir odada kalmak zorunda kaldım. Sabaha kadar nefes almakta zorlandım. Gerçekten saçma sapan bir gece oldu. Odaların temizliği yetersiz, aydınlatma da yine yetersiz küçük spot ışıkları kullanılmış ve gece yeterli olmuyor. Kahvaltı konusunda da gelişmesi gereken yerler var. Burçak bisküviyle kahvaltı yapacaksak neden otelde kaldık.

Pahalı otellere oranla gayet konforlu, temiz, odalar gayet geniş ve rahat, personelin ilgisi güzel, spa kısmı her otel kadar iyi masaj için para vermeye değmez ama, ilk akşam yemeği çok lezzetli ikinci akşam ise çok kötüydü. Tek kusuru ilk akşam otel dolıydu ve sıcacıklen ikinci akşam boşalmaya başladı diye sabırım petekler yanmıyordu klima ile ısınmaya çalıştık sabaha kadar.

The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. The shower was very annoying since you have to take the shower on your head with your hand. The hook was just for you to seat on the floor and have the water on your head. In the breakfast area, they did not have coffee just Nescafe. I will use it again. The internet was another problem. It was really no good.

Koku ve Gürültü

Otel yoğun olmamasına rağmen verilen oda klima üniteleri ve mutfak baca çıkışlarının tam ortasındaydı. Gece odaya geldiğimde yoğun bir yağ kokusu beni karşıladı. Ayrıca hayli gürültülü bir sabaha da baca ve ünitelerin sesleri ile başladım. Odaya geç geldiğim için değişim gibi bir talebim olmadı. Sabah şikayetlerimi söylediğimde keşke değiştirseydik müsait odalarımız vardı dediler. Bence ilk defa otele konaklamaya gelen birine bu söylenememeli ve ilk başta iyi bir oda verilmelidir. Ayrıca otel girişinde karşılama vs. gibi şeyler de eksikti. Resepsiyon kahvaltı veya otel olanakları konusunda hiç bir bilgilendirme yapmadı. Yılbaşı ertesi olduğu ve saatler konusunda bilgilendirme yapılmadığı için otelde kahvaltı yapmadım.

Its not a four star hotel at all. Three or two stars maximum. Staff are rude. Empty shampoo and shower gel containers. AC didn’t work, they tried to fix it through video call with sleepy technician at 12am but failed. At the end, I forced them to change the room.
