"O hotel é muito lindo. Os quartos e dependências em geral estavam muito limpos! A comida é excelente, mas precisa melhorar a variedade, mesma sobremesa e estilo de refeições todos os dias. Todos os funcionários são muitos solicitos e a recreação foi muito legal! Os preços de bebidas e spa não são abusivos. As massagens que fizemos foram excelentes também. Tive um pequeno encomodo com barulho durante um procedimento no spa, mas a administração resolveu a situação rapidamente após solicitação."

"My stay was wonderful, the entire team was helpful, helpful, and committed to making sure I had the best. I have several dietary restrictions and I was satisfied with all of them, with an incredible menu. Chef Cida attended to me personally and I tried dishes prepared with great refinement, delicious and beautiful. Those were happy days! Super recommendation and my place to return for sure. Thank you Mr. Luiz for your Beautiful Refugio do Saci."
