"After a long day with car trouble, we unexpectedly ended up at this hotel because we couldn't drive any further. We were welcomed by Andreas and a colleague, and we couldn't have asked for a better welcome after our terrible day! Andreas arranged everything we wanted, and we were still able to get something to eat even though the kitchen was almost closing. A beautiful, fresh, clean room with the air conditioning working wonderfully, and a wonderful ambiance throughout the hotel. Everybody was...
"Es war alles so wie in der Beschreibung. Die Betten war sehr bequem und alles war sehr sauber. Schöne geräumige Dusche. Gutes Frühstück.
Die Stadt ist interessant! Unbedingt die Kirche anschauen."
"Room was very nice apart from safe and phone not working. They did not fix it during the 3 days stay.
Breakfast is musch too expensive although nice products were served. Good quality food in the club house from a small menu.
Restaurant was very nice and good but small menu. Prices are much higher than semilar places I styayed. (too high)
The golf course is well designed and has potential to become good but needs serious maintenance! (not worth the greenfee as it is now!)"
"Erg vriendelijke en lieve gastvrouw.
Mooie ruime kamers en goede bedden.
Erg net en schoon.

Zeer goed en verzorgd ontbijt
We gaan er zeker weer heen.
Uiterst rustige omgeving. Mooi wandel gebied

"A beautiful chateau in the Ardennes, about 25 minutes from Spa. The location is beautiful, the hosts are fantastic, and the accommodations are nice.
We found it to be in a very good location to explore. I highly recommend it. We will return when we are in the area again. "

"We booked a family room for the third week in July. Receptionist welcoming and spoke English. Room was of a good size, with bunk beds over the main double bed for our family. A couple of niggles though: The lighting system is confusing. There are limited instructions as to how to turn them off, though this is in German and French and not English. If you are reading this and having the same problem, you need to click the left hand switch twice to turn them off and have the room and darkness, otherwise every time you turn one light off, another one will turn on in the room. It took a call to the concierge to find this out (I suspect he was a little annoyed, as he told me twice that the instructions were on the wall - maybe expecting Facebook, French or German). Though the room was clean, the carpet needs washing, as there was an order of stinky feet to it. The room was also very hot, even with a ceiling fan, so you may want to bring a fan of your own to keep cool during the night."
