“It was very nice room and view”

“Really special. We had a delicious homemade breakfast in a beautiful room facing the garden courtyard. Also, lived the rooftop terrace with views of Sant Agata and the ravine.”

“There was minimal contact with staff and very few directions or instructions for room access and other hotel features. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The lights in the hallways were almost always off. Had to use the mobile phone flashlight on one occasion.”

“Service was okay the reception was very nice helpful. But when in the morning we went to breakfast the lighting was low.so we couldn't see well what was available and the cereal was by the counter and on the table was bread and some cake with no names on the display just for drinks. Plus the jam jars were on a display shelf not on the table. We had to ask for the pancakes on the 3rd day.plus no beans or hash brown. Just eggs boiled fried and scrambled,toast, sliced cheese and meat slices. Plus...
