Nos sentimos estafados

Contratamos un chalet con 4 habitaciones dobles. De las 4 habitaciones dobles contratadas, 2 no las pudimos utilizar por el mal olor y la humedad insoportable. Además la luz no funcionaba y la ducha estaba rota. A pesar de no haber utilizado las 2 habitaciones debido al mal estado en el que se encontraban, nos cobraron estas habitaciones como si las hubiéramos utilizado. Ofrecer ese tipo de habitaciones con olores insoportables, humedad, sin luz, etc., es una falta de respeto a los clientes. Tuvimos que fregar y limpiar todo ya que estaba todo sucio. Falta de limpieza y suciedad. A pesar de las quejas y solicitar que nos cambiaran a otras habitaciones utilizables, no nos hicieron ningún caso. Este fue el único punto negro de nuestro viaje por Corsica. El peor alojamiento del viaje. Valoración/puntuación: 0.

Belle surprise

Studio oberhalb der Anlage. Schon mehrere Jahrzehnte alt. Sehr abgewohnt, müsste dringend renoviert werden. Gibt in der Anlage auch sehr moderne Zimmer, auch welche die gerade gebaut werden. Dach undicht, hat auf Bett geregnet. Frühstück sehr gut.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni in una bella villetta con 2 camere 2 bagni dotata di ogni confort compresa lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro, cucina attrezzata. Perfetto il parcheggio auto davanti alla terrazza della villetta. terrazzo attrezzato con tavolo sedie e barbeque. Ristorante all'interno della struttura e di fronte alla piscina con una ottima colazione , varia e ricca di prodotti locali e artigianali. Ottima anche la cena. Personale disponibile gentile e veloce nei servizi al ristorante. Comodo per le escursioni a Bonifacio (10 minuti) e a Portovecchio e alle sue famose spiagge

Magnifique séjour

Un accueil chaleureux, un cadre magnifique et un chalet tout équipé, propre. J’ai même reçu un appel téléphonique pour s’assurer que tout allait le convenir suite à une demande spéciale. J’ai trouvé cela très professionnel. 2 piscines, un jacuzzi et si vous vous levez de bonne heure, le lever du soleil sur le jardin et j’ai piscine est très beau. Un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Great place for couples and families

Our villa reservation got upgraded, so we got a bigger place which also looked newly renovated. It was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was nice too, but we found a better breakfast at another hotel for 1Euro less. The staff was very friendly. All in all, it was a great place to stay.

J'ai été très déçue quand le réceptionniste m'a annoncé un forfait ménage de 40€. Cela était indiqué dans les conditions et non dans le prix de la chambre, sans quoi je n'aurais pas réservé cette chambre-là car c'était bien supérieur à mon budget possible. Sinon, magnifique vue, grande terrasse, bel appartement spacieux et bien équipé.

Super séjour

En arrivant très bonne surprise de la part du responsable de l'établissement, nous avons été surclassé dans une superbe villa avec grande terrasse a la place du chalet réservé sur internet, nous sommes resté 4 nuits. Tout était parfait :). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
