Disliked: Cleanliness
The biggest problem was a lack of cleanliness. Apparently, you have to request that your room be serviced, but the front desk didn't tell us that. So, we requested our room be serviced, but it wasn't. The front desk said we have to put a tag on our room door for room cleaning, but we were never given a door tag. In summary, we stayed there five nights and had our room cleaned only once. We even ran out of toilet paper! Not good customer service!

It used to be home to diplomats working in Bonn. Now, feels like muslim town, lots of Arab shops and restaurants. But to be fair, we had the best street food there. No good sitting restaurants around. Hotel staff was not very helpful. AC was not working. Need to climb some stairs with luggage to get to the reception.

Hotel was fine , but advertised to include air-conditioning and it did not have it! (it was the primary reason it was chosen during a heat wave)

Needs every type of update

Unhelpful staff who were slow to help and asked for money for charges we shouldn’t have to pay. Decor is decades old and the view nonexistent. Hotel is hard to find if you’re driving. Garage ok and cheaper than others nearby but not particularly safe. We didn’t stay for breakfast.

Chambre propre, calme, sdb moderne, lit correct.

Leider kein Aufzug vorhanden.
