"The pension was everything I hoped for and expected. It is in the perfect rural location, ideal for those hoping to enjoy all that this area offers. We arrived in the evening and I was pleased to smell familiar German cooking, although we had already eaten. The check-in was quick and simple and the room more than adequate offering a comfortable bed, white sheets and towels. The view in the morning from the balcony inspired a few photos before breakfast. "This is a Pension, not a hotel… off the beaten track but nice staff and nice food. I believe it is underpriced at this price and if people went there they would be able to finish the renovations. If you want a nice German week end this is the place. "

"We really enjoyed the lovely apartment. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. There was lots of space and the breakfast in the room was brilliant. The stairs are steep and it does get warm being in the roof. It was better when we kept the curtains closed while we were out. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. We had some good meals in the town although it was a challenge being there ther on Monday and Tuesday before lots of places opened. The location was great for touring the area."

"On arrival we had to check in at the sister property down the hill. At check in they were unable to find our booking and we’re not expecting us, they did provide us with a room but we had to wait for it to be cleaned. There were dustpans & brushes left on the landing, room was reasonably clean but tired, breakfast was an extra €7 each at the sister property down the street and was good value. The bar was not open. Quiet setting & good recommendation for evening food at nearby Italian Remos. ...

"just 1 min walk from station bread and cafe store, ice cream store, kebab, pizza Rhein-Center Köln by walk just 8 mins, Supermarket REWE, LIDL are in walking distance The owner are super nice, changed bed cover, provide clean towel"

"Anfangs waren wir verdutzt das der Burghof nicht mehr Burghof hieß . Haben vom Wirt erfahren das der Name am 1.9.19 gewechselt hat. Schlüsseübergabe um 16.30 im Restaurant. Deswegen frühere Anreise nicht nötig. Zimmer völlig in Ordnung. Bei Abreise Schlüssel in Briefkasten. Völlig problemlos. Immer wieder gern !"
