Overview from an "older" stand point.
We're used to going to the front desk and checking in. None of that, which was a little weird, but everything went smooth. Had no problems. Rooms and the rest of the facility was super clean! anytime we had a question we texted our host/hostess and were able to get an answer in a relatively short time. I would definitely stay there again, and will.
