Nature Heals the Soul

We loved it! We had two cabins right next to each other, it's a beautiful location and staff/owners where great to work with. I think most people stay for a night or two, we where there for four. Property grounds are beautiful in a remote country setting. There isn't much close so make sure you grab what you need before venture to location. We loved the listening to the birds, catching a sunrise and soaking in the sunset while sitting in the vineyard. It should be noted a couple of the day we were in the approach pattern of the Santiago airport, nothing to deter a stay. It's a perfect place to enjoy and let Nature Heal the Soul - away from the hussle and havoc of the city.

Teníamos muchas ganas de ir y lo hemos disfrutado pero hay muchas cosas que nos han decepcionado. Cuando vas a un sitio de estas características llama la atención que no te hagan la cama ni te cambien las toallas ya que con la humedad que hace de un día para otro no se secan y tuvimos que usar las nuestras que llevamos. También nos llamó la atención la calidad de las zapatillas, muy muy mala. Y para rematar el día que nos fuimos nos escriben para el whatsapp diciendo que habíamos consumido una botella de vino y nos pasaban el cobro a la tarjeta cuando no era cierto, les dijimos que no era así y que no es que no hubiera vino es que no vino ni una misera botella de agua de detalle, nada. Menos mal que nos dijeron que había sido un error de ellos a lo que contesté que con esas cosas hay que tener cuidado porque te hace pasar una situación incómoda y sobre todo de impotencia ya que si al menos te acompañaran a la habitación al hacer el check in pues ellas lo habrían visto. Como conclusión es que el sitio es ideal y las cabañas están genial pero es decepcionante el mal sabor de boca que dejan pequeños detalles que podrían cuidar y no hacen. Yo no repetiría ya que hay muchas más cabañas del estilo y creo que hay muchas cosas que se pueden mejorar y más como en nuestro caso que llevábamos una semana de ruta por Galicia y era inevitable comparar y calidad precio sinceramente ha sido el peor, aunque repito que el entorno es idílico y lo hemos disfrutado igualmente

La tranquilidad y el lugar para desconectar de todo. Y lo q no me gusto era q la habitacion x las noches con muchos mosquitos y nos picaban.
