If you’re looking for a peace and quiet vacation, this place is for you, though its a bit far from main boracay stations, i still like to go back there. Marnin is right in front of the beach.

This is in Tagbisaan which is a few minutes away from the main stations, but talk about a hidden gem. At first I thought I had made a mistake since jt seemed to far, but it wasn't anything that a HOHO bus pass couldn't fix. It's good for 1-3 days and can be purchased right at the front desk. The owner herself was there to check me in and the staff was so prompt and professional when tending to my needs. It also seems like I got a free room upgrade. The hotel sits right on a dare I say private beach. I mean it's public, but it might as well be private due to how exclusive it feels and the view is just out of this world stunning. Two thumbs way up!

Horrible

This place was terrible, and overpriced for what it was. Bare bones, they didn’t even have blankets, our room felt and looked like a prison cell. Absolutely NOT a place for a romantic getaway. This place is geared for families with kids. It was very noisy the entire stay between the screaming kids, barking dogs, and ongoing building maintenance where they were hammering every single day. NOT restful at all. The only saving grace it had was that it was on the beach, however it was surrounded by MUCH nicer properties. This little run down dump is clearly a place where locals with big families go. So again watch out. If you want quiet, it is NOT here. Ps - the rooms weren’t cleaned on any night and there was almost no staff around this place the whole time either.

The place is far from everything, I feel that I’m not in boracay. I’m not recommend this place all guests like me move to another hotel because it’s really terrible there.

Room was clean but there are a LOT of ants. Ensure you bring your own toiletries as they don’t provide any. Food options are very minimal in the area. Aircon worked great! It’s 200 pesos each way to any station drop off or back to the property (ensure you agree before you get in to the tuck-tuck, some will try to overcharge you). It’s about a 10ish minute ride to the GMall. If you’re looking for something off the main tourist area this is the place.

Excellent Staff and Awesome Location

This is a hidden gem in Boracay. This place has all you need for a quiet and relaxing stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable and you are literally steps away from the beach. The staff were extremely helpful. They even got us freshly baked local bread in the morning and grilled fresh fish from the sea for a small fee. We loved the laid back ambiance of the area, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Boracay.

If you want REST while in BORACAY this is the place. This homey, clean & BEACH FRONT resort is highly recommendable. 10/5 If given a chance i will again stay here. & let my kids enjoy their “private beach” sans the crowd
