Issue 1 issues check-in was tricky, the receptionist informed me that my room does not have room wi-fi. I replied, the hotel offered room wi-fi in Expedia. I told her if the room does not have wi-fi, I will not stay here. Then, she said, ok sir, I will give you a room with wi-fi. She gave me a room with wi- fi. Issue 2, the TV was not working when I walked in the reception, there were three dogs barking at me. I called the attention, saying hello but there was not nobody around. The lady and another man present at check-in were gone. After a few minutes, the receptionist for night shift came from behind a loud generator because a usual power outrage happening in the hotel that I was informed at check-in. He figured out that the TV was unplugged and he left after turning it on. The TV was on but there is not cable TV so it did not work. I went out to look for him and he was gone after calling his loud in front of the dogs barking at me. He was gone and nobody from the staff was present just the dogs were on duty as usually barking. After several minutes a lady that I have not seen before came into the hotel, she said that she was the daughther of the manager. I told her that I was scared because I could not find anybody that was unfair. I told her that how come nobody is in the hotel. She said that she does not know where the receptionist night shift is, that her mother will come later. She finally showed me how to use the TV and said that there is only a

ホテルと民宿の中間という感じ。 冷蔵庫が無く、かなりシンプルではあるが、清潔で過ごしやすく、スタッフの方もフレンドリーで良かった。シャワーの湯量が弱いのが残念ではあるが、島という事を考えると仕方ないのかもしれない。

Fashionable hotel between Stations 1 and 2

A newish hotel about a block off the main road the Urban Boutique rooms are spacious, clean and very fully equipped. Beddings and towels are fresh and thick and the beds, although placed on low platforms, are comfortable. The road outside is badly potholed but the area is quiet. The rooms include cooked to order breakfast which was excellent. We had stayed at another hotel in the vicinity earlier which was not nearly as nice and more expensive than the Urban Boutique. An excellent value for the price, highly recommended.

Urban Boutique

The hotel rooms themselves are nice and clean. The staff was friendly however there was no electricity 24 hours a day. When we arrived, we were told there would be generator power only for a portion of the night and it would shut down from 2a-6a everyday. The road in front of the hotel was a bit treacherous as well. It is about a 15 min walk to the big beach. We ended up booking another hotel by the beach that had 24 hour power instead.

폼 잡는 곳은 아니고 실용성을 중시 한다면~~

가격이 저렴해서 그냥 평점만 보고 예약했는데 위치도 청결도도 아주 좋았습니다. 고급스런 분위기나 해변가를 원한다면 별로겄지만 조용히 깨끗한 곳서 잠만 잔다고 하면 비용도 싸고 아주 좋습니다. 아침식사도 꽤 괜찮았고 세이프박스도 있어 마음이 편안합니다

Amazing Service

Urban Boutique Hotel was a GREAT stay! Although not directly on the beach and the construction surrounding the hotel, it was only about a 5-7 min walk from D-Mall and roughly 10-13 min walk to the beach. The hotel provided great service and the staff is very accommodating. We arrived at 3 a.m. and was able to quickly check in. We were greeted with a warm welcome and refreshing Kalamansi juice. The breakfast is free of charge and was made to order so it was always fresh. Good selection on the menu and very fulfilling. The room was clean, bed was sooo comfortable, and they also have good TV channels. This was a great stay for the price we paid. Highly recommend.

음..

세련된 느낌에 숙소였지만 습한 곰팡이 냄새가 많이났어요. 아마 우기에 보라카이 날씨 때문인 것 같습니다. 침구는 습하지 않고 푹신합니다. 에어컨이 엄청 시원하게 잘나와서 좋았지만 에어컨 돌아가는 소리가 그렇게 우렁찬건 세상 처음이었어요. 조식은 맛있고 직원들은 친절했습니다.

숙소앞 공사가 마무리된다면 재방문의사 있어요ㅋㅋㅋ

보라카이를 자주가는 편이라 이번엔 가성비 여행하려고 숙소를 저렴한곳으로 찾다가 예약하고 공사장 한복판이라는 후기는 보긴 했는데 이정도일 줄이야...첨에 잘못온줄알았어요. 숙소 결제한 금액 버리는셈치고 다른곳으로 옮기고싶었... 내부는 깔끔하고 쾌적해서 좋아요~ 직원분들이랑은 말할일이 별로없어서 친절도는 잘모르겠지만? 친절한것 같습니다! 공사가 완료됐더라면 위치나 가격적인 면이나 정말 좋았을것 같아요~ 아직 공사 한창이라서..지금은 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 잘쉬었다 왔어요!

작은 수건 및 슬리퍼 챙기세요

작은 수건이 없었던 점, 주변이 공사장이고 길이 험해서 트라이시클 기사들이 꺼렸던 점, 객실 바닥이 돌인데 슬리퍼가 없어서 신발을 신고 다니거나 발 바닥에 이물이 묻었던 점 등이 불편했으나 서비스나 청결도는 좋았습니다.

큰길에 내려서 한참 걸어들어가야됩니다. 길중간에 대형 포크레인이 막혀있어서 트라이시클도 들어가지 못합니다. 길은 공사중이라 흙먼지가 쌓여있고 호텔입구에 사설경비가 없습니다. 아무나 들어가고 나갈수 있는 구조입니다. 보안취약합니다. 아침조식만 됩니다. 쉐프가 아침에만 온다고 합니다. 부페는 안되구요 메뉴 몇가지중에 골라서 먹어야됩니다. 맛은 괜찮습니다. 나이드신분들은 다 친절하고 좋습니다. 젊은 애들은 싸가지가 없지요.

Sleek and minimalist stay with excellent breakfast

Urban Boutique Hotel is conveniently located between a 10 mins walk from station 2, or 5 mins walk from Bulabog Beach. The style of of the hotel is clean and minimalist, with friendly staffs always smiling and make you feel at home. The breakfast menu that they served in the morning was incredible, with one of the best coffees I've ever had. The road leading to the beaches outside of the hotel was under construction at the time during our accommodations. Overall, I say it is totally worth the money and the place is very quiet at night for whom tired from all the buzzes at the main beaches and needed some good night sleeps.

一房住三人綽綽有餘。

旅店的外頭都是工地讓人訝異 但是內部裝潢舒適 只是Check in後旅店服務人員告知沒有發電機，如果停電則會受影響讓我們膽戰心驚的住了三晚，好險都沒有發生停電的問題。 飯店沒有冰箱無法購買飲料回房 晚上也沒有提供冰塊服務 建議到超商買礦泉水，及冰塊。 服務人員協助整理房間後還會在房間協助開冷氣（溫度設定25度）在長灘如此熱的環境裡這服務非常貼心。

주변 공사 빼면 최고의 숙소

위치가 공사장 한가운데 있어서 당황스럽긴 했는데, 디몰 걸어갈 수 있고 화이트비치도 걸어갈 수 있고해서 좋았어요 숙소도 깨끗하고 벌레 없고 와이파이도 잘터짐 직원분들도 다들 친절하시고 조식도 존맛탱까지는 아니지만 든든하니 맛있었어요 조식 메뉴 6개? 7개 중에 선택할 수 있었음 혹시 아리엘투어하실거면 거기까지도 10분이면 걸어갈 수 있어요 공사하는거빼면 가격도 저렴하고 위치도 좋고 친절하고 깨끗하고 조식 맛있고, 너무 좋아서 친구들한테 추천해주고 있어요

Бронировали отель в марте 2019. За 5 дней до заселения пришло письмо о том, что отель не может нас принять, т.к. рядом строится дорога. Отель уже был оплачен. Сначала мы очень расстроились, т.к. нужно было искать новый и заморочиться возвратом денег. Но через пару дней администрация отеля сама с нами связалась, предложив другой отель на 1 станции вайт бич, первая линия- Zuzuni Boutique. Мы приехали посмотреть, всё понравилось, тоже стильно, комнаты маленькие, но всё продумано до мелочей. Номер, на минуточку, стоил почти в раза дороже (хотя, на мой взгляд, цена завышена), но нам ничего доплачивать не пришлось- тоже приятно) Уборка по требованию. Завтраки вкусные, но выбор небольшой. И всего 2 с мясом) Персонал отеля очень дружелюбный! Двери тонкие, но стены толстые, соседей мы слышали только, когда они выходили из комнаты) Отель находится прямо на берегу, но в этой части стоят лодки) нас это не смущало, даже атмосферно как-то) Очень людно, как и везде на вайт бич (кроме 3-й станции). Рядом Старбакс, что нас очень радовало, т.к. мы те ещё кофеманы)
