Nice property. Located on a dirt road (unimproved) behind another large resort. Boracay should probably take some tax money and improve their roads.

Liked how it was so close to the beach. Shame how, like many others have pointed out, the alley is full of holes and floods with rain water most days. Also disappointing how people were partying in the hotel pool until 4.30am. No staff around to deal with it and no reply when I messaged them about it. I tried to get them to quieten down but I'm not getting in a fight with 6 or 7 drunk guys!

The property is a bit worn out. Not the same as the picture anymore. I would update the amenities. There was a construction beside the property, i had an infant so i called expedia, expedia called the property, the noise stopped for a few hrs then they didn’t care and continued the construction. I would have not cared if i didnt have an infant but it should have an warning through expedia that there’s construction around.

Situé au fond d’une ruelle pas éclairé avec quelques odeurs d’urine je m’aurais cru dans une favéla , une chance qu’une magnifique plage était à 400 mètres avec de bons restaurants etc

Worst place ever!! Stay away!!

Kuvat valehtelevat! Ne ovat silkkaa petosta. Varo tätä paikkaa! Tämä ei ole kolmen tähden hotelli. Ei yllä edes retkeilymajan tasolle! Paikka on täysin alasajettu. Likainen ja rikki kulunut kaikin puolin. Tyhjä likainen uima-allas. Ei aurinkotuoleja. Meillä oli maksettuna 6 yötä studiohuoneeseen, mutta ne eivät olleet käyttökunnossa. Saimme tilalle "perhehuoneen", joka oli kulunut ja likainen Huoneessa tyhjä minibaari. Parvekkeen oven lukko rikki. Huono patja ja kuluneet likaiset vuodevaatteet. Kylpyhuonekosmetiikka on pieni saippuapala. Pyyheliinat loppuun kuluneet ja likaiset! Ravintolana toimii pöytä ja pari tuolia likaisen aurinkovarjon alla. Ravintolapalveluna take away-ateria jostakin hotellin ulkopuolisesta paikasta. Aamiainen oli kehno. Paikka kaukana rannasta. Rantaan johtava kuja likainen ja huonossa kunnossa. Maisemana on meluisa rakennustyömaa. Olimme etukäteen yhteydessä hotelliin taifuunin aiheuttaman lennon viivästymisen vuoksi, mutta siinäkään yhteydessä meille ei kerrottu, ettei hotelli ole käyttökuntoinen! Tulimme myöhään illalla, joten meidän oli pakko jäädä yhdeksi yöksi, mutta heti aamulla muutimme toiseen hotelliin. Hyviä hotelleja on koko ranta täynnä ja vieläpä edullisemmalla hinnalla! Menetimme maksamamme 6 yön hinnan 452€, mutta tässä hotellissa ei kertakaikkiaan voi asua! Henkilökunta yritti kuitenkin olla ystävällinen ja varmasti teki parhaansa. Mutta tyhjästä ei saa aikaan ihmeitä.

Great hotel with everything close by.

The hotel and staff could not be faulted as we had an excellent stay here. Such a friendly and great atmosphere. We will definitely stay here again. Our only fault what is beyond the hotels control is the alley way from the main road can get lots of puddles when it rains making access quite hard if you have to carry cases.

第一次旅遊長灘島，住宿的地方離海灘很近，可是要經過小巷子，而且巷子有尿騷味，一旦下雨巷子還會有積水。 住宿裡面很簡單舒適，人員也很親切。

Poor environment and service

The environment is poor, the road to the hotel is terrible! Bad smelling and always full of water. The staffs were not professional and not helpful . They all lazy and just watch tv alll the time. Especially the security guard. He wears a professional uniform but act like a jobless guy. Never consider this hotel if I been to Boracay again. I thought I can overcome the environment if the hotel and the staffs are good. But it was a terrible experience. And it is the worst hotel I ever been.

나름 좋았던 숙소

사진만큼 그렇게 고급진 숙소는 아니었지만 에어컨이 매우 시원해서 좋았고 몇일 지내기에는 딱 좋았다. 아침도 푸짐하진않지만 적당했고, 처음에는 위치가 구석진 골목길에 있어서 무서웠지만 생각보다 현지사람들이 착해서 위험하진않았다. 모르는게 많아서 이것저것 질문을 많이 했는데 직원들이 매우 친절했다. 솔직히 처음에 도착했을때는 시설도 별로고 수영장물도 깨끗하지않아보였는데 중간에 청소하는 것도 보고 몇일 지내다보니 나중에 나오는 날에는 꽤 괜찮은 숙소였다고 느껴졌다. 위치는 나름 바다와 가까워서 밤늦게까지 화이트비치에서 맥주마시고 숙소로 돌아오기 좋았다. 그치만 어둡고 공사중인 골목길을 지나가야 하기 때문에 처음엔 무서울수 있다.

Muito bom!

O hotel é muito bonito...quando você olha a rua parece que é uma furada, mas quando entra é tudo muito bem cuidado e de bom gosto. O quarto é muito confortável e espaçoso, a piscina é ótima e o proprietário foi muito simpático com a gente. O único defeito é o ar condicionado, que é extremamente velho e barulhento - porneste motivo e pelo fato da rua em que este hotel está ficar alagada é que dei nota geral 4 e não 5.
