I recommend this place

Nice new appartments in an interesting new and lively part of town, with many restaurants and a shopping mall nearby. Nice beach only a 5 minutes walk away at Bordeaux Lac. Tram line C brings you downtown in 15 minutes. Will book again next time we go to Bordeaux.

Not The Real Deal

Dirty room and did not get cleaned even after asking. There were no supplied cleaning materials for the sink or dish washer Also, breakfast was not worth the money. WiFi Password on the tv is wrong ! Everything seemed to be a problem for the staff.

On m’a appelé quelques heures avant mon arrivée pour me dire qu’il y avait un problème avec ma réservation et que l on allait me déplacer sur un autre site, j’ai refusé car c est l emplacement qui était le plus proche du site où je me rendais, face à mon refus on m’a dit qu on me rappellerait, j attends encore… j ai donc rappelé 3 heures après et on m’a dit qu enfin de compte ma réservation etait confirmée. Quand je suis arrivé vers 19h l accueil a été moyen, la personne malgré sa prise de service récente semblait particulièrement fatiguée, l accueil, le bâtiment est anonyme. L appartement était conforme aux attentes, le matelas du canapé lit moyen, l emplacement etait au top par rapport à la foire exposition ou j ai passé 2 jours. Mon expérience client est moyenne, et ma note ne tient qu’à l emplacement. Le jour du départ le personnel de ménage a voulu rentrer dans l appartement vers 9h, nous étions présent, la restitution des clefs étant prévue jusqu’à 11h, nous dérangions

À mon arrivée à 17h la réception était déjà fermé. J’appelle je tombe sur une femme qui me met en attente pendant 20 min pour me raccrocher au nez. Je rappelle… idem… 20 min… 15 minutes après on m’appelle pour me dire que ma carte de chambre est dans le petit coffre. Comme si on ne pouvez pas m’envoyer un mail en amont ou la femme au téléphone me le dire dès le début. Bref… elle me dit que je dois aller à la réception le lendemain matin entre 7h et 11h pour finaliser mon arrivée… dommage pour moi je dois partir à 5h30. Du coup je quitte mon travail à 9h30 pour retourner à l’hôtel. Et là… on me dit que je peux partir car elle a déjà clôturé ma sortie… bref un très mauvais moment. Après je dois dire que l’appartement était très propre mais la literie pourrait être mieux.

Pas de réceptionniste pendant les heures indiqués. Avec aucun mail indiquant commét récupérer la carte de sa chambre. Obligée de trouver un numéro de téléphone pour accéder au coffre pour récupérer la clé. Chambre pour 2 au final 1 serviette pour 1 personne. Je connais les mer et golf.. c’est le plus basique et décevant que je connaisse. Qualités du lieu très mediocre. Photos trompeuses. Baisse drôlement en gamme.. n’a pas lieu d’avoir ce nom!! Très déçue pour le prix..
