Good hotel near the airport

Nice hotel, great breakfast. The staff at the front weren’t very friendly, and almost didn’t speak English. But in total the stay was good. Another good thing is that the tram stops right in front to go to the downtown

Convenient for airport

It was clean and modern, quite basic, very convenient for an early flight from Bordeaux Merignac. There are several restaurants within walking distance and one in the hotel itself. Only quibble is lack of zero alcohol beer in the bar.

Pefect welcome, very friendly guy! Room is fine and in good conditon. Parking is free. You can have drink at the bar. You can sit outside if you want. Location perfect for stop on the trip.

Good location for airport. Easy car parking. Warm welcome on check in. Nice bar area. Room perfectly OK. Restaurants within easy walking distance. Nothing to complain about at all. Left without having breakfast so cannot comment on that.

This area was convenient for accessing the airport. The service at front desk was unfriendly and dismissive. Check in staff was rude throughout the interaction. Then, we discovered that one of our rooms was extremely unclean with a pervasive odour of urine. We asked for help in addressing this. We were unable to switch rooms and were told that the room could not be cleaned again. Front desk said that they would come with products to deal with smell, but nobody came. It was a very unpleasant stay, to say the least. I would not recommend this hotel.

Worth the extra stop on the tram

Easy to get to great location really nice staff quite a spacious room with tean coffee and kettle very nice surprise . Clean with a great shower . Only reason its not 5 stars all round waa because the room was set at 16 i would have thought for most 18 min ...and i prefer 20 22. Another time i would take warmer clothes or get a twin room so i could have 2 duvets warmed up once in bed but not ideal . The other reason was i had expected the evening restaurant but its shut fri sat sun ...not that clear in description ...4 restaurants visible from the front door open on sunday so not an issue really but travelling solo i dont like to go out to eat would have brought a picnic if id known . Would i stay again ABSOLUTELY ...even the lift is great airport in 10mins by tram after a great breakfast

Hotel was clean, furnished minimally with IKEA type furnishings. Good for short stay, en route to airport. Conveniently located on tram route, and very near Bordeaux airport. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast had a variety of cooked foods, and fruit and yogurts.
