This kind of modern hotel is fairly expensive for the services they offer. It was clean and nice. There is no staff… this is the thing of the past. Breakfast is next to the entrance , the modern way, not my liking. No bar and no restaurant. Expensive for being basic.

A great, comfortable and modern hotel

Lovely rooms with great air conditioning, big bathrooms and comfy beds. Located in a great quiet spot near to the ring road motorway but also 5 mins walk from the Bordeaux tram for easy and cheap trips into the city (€5 all day). Staff were really kind, friendly and helpful and the parking is great and secured which is excellent. Could easily be 4* if it had an open bar/restaurant I'd say, there are several restaurants and breakfast spots walk or drive away too. A great stay, highly recommend and good value

Friendly staff. Plenty of safe parking. Free snacks. Good breakfast. Easy walk to tram to ride into the city center. It is the last stop on the tram so the ride takes awhile. Bordeaux is a beautiful city. Very convenient location for an easy stop.

Not near the airport

When we made the reservation, the Hotel.com hotel's website insinuated it was walking distance to the airport. It was a 10 min walk to a tram that would eventually take you to the airport. That was impossible to do with luggage. I would never have booked this hotel if I knew that I had to take an uber to the airport.

Aircon troubles

A/C is pre-setup as 'heating' instead of cooling. So got a surprise at night being too hot. You can not change it, only can be done centrally. Pillows are very uncomfortable. Apart of that it was pretty quiet and clean.
