We were quite disappointed by this hotel. We were unable to regulate the temperature and the carpet in the room was filthy. The hotel is a close walk to the city centre but the surrounding area is not nice.

Great location and good standard of hotel.

Hotel is a short walk to the trams connecting you to the city centre and a short walk to the main shopping area. Also very close to a local shopping mall. Very clean and had full aircon. Staff are cheerful and helpful. Our room didn't have any coffee or tea and the staff bought that up immediately. The free water in the mini bar was not filled until the last day but we didn't realise we were supposed to have any until the other people we holidayed with mentioned it. Buffet breakfast was fantastic and had extensive choices. Overall, very clean and great location. Would stay again.

Nice location a short walk from many bars and restaurants and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It said double on booking but was actually closer to a queen size. The bathroom in our room could use some updating and service. The electric plug was broken, and the shower didn’t drain. So I couldn’t take long showers or shave. they fixed the shower the next day but left the room smelling kind of sewery until we opened up the window for an hour or so. Still didn’t get a chance to shave since the plug never got fixed. Also the door to the bathroom was very loud when it closed.

Very disappointed, how this is even considered a 4 star is beyond me. Pictures definitely not accurate. Check in was slow. Room's safe didn't work, AC was barely working. Bar hours not explained nor breakfast. It seemed as though staff was not trained except for the overnignt gentleman whom was very welcoming. Upon check out we were delayed even though I prepaid. Honestly it's about a 10 minute walk to the city, but the walk and area is a bit sketchy....I've traveled all over France and lived overseas and for sure this was probably my worst stay in a very long time. Beds were small and not comfortable.

We really didn’t enjoy this hotel. That really isn’t the fault of the employees. It says there is parking at the hotel - there isn’t. You need to park at the shopping center nearby and drag your luggage up and down stairs. So annoying. The reception were so nice to upgrade our room, such a kind thought, but we feel more it was a disservice. Then the keycard didn’t work - whatever they fixed it very fast. Then we step into the room. Sure it was big but it was really worn down. The carpet was stained and the corners in the bathroom were black. But i did get the impression it was a clean room. Now the worst part was that this “upgraded” room (526) is seemingly located near a waterpump which will make a terribly loud noise every minute or so. Soo nice, along with running toilet and the brick they call a pillow, when trying to sleep after driving 10 hours (Not)!

Literie tres moyenne. Moquette au sol. Baignoire, pleintes sales, evier bouché et wc dans la salle de bains. Peut-être que j'ai hérité de la pire chambre car j'ai utilisé une nuit gratuite hotel.com pour reduire le prix exorbitant de la nuit initialement. Mauvaise expérience dans l'ensemble. Un point positif quant même bouilloire et de quoi faire une boisson chaude dans la chambre vu le prix exorbitant du petit déjeuner proposé sur place. En résumé Mercure vie gracieusement sur le dos des clients dans des hotels vieilots et mal entretenus en misant sur la notoriété de l'enseigne.....je peux me permettre de critiquer je dors entre 80 et 150 nuits par an à l'hotel et depuis 13 ans, je sais de quoi je parle. Ma chambre etait la 416, si vous voulez reparer l'evier bouché

Great location very close to tram stop from airport, tram interchange and old town. Everything, including riverside, within easy walking distance and extremely easy to use trams. Great hotel in my opinion and good price for the high quality

La chambre était propre, spacieuse. L’intérieur de l’hôtel est très joli, en revanche au prix réglé l’extérieur est vraiment à restaurer. La vue n’est également pas appréciable. Nous avons pu laisser nos valises durant l’après midi avec un système de consigne, ce qui était appréciable. Personnels pas toujours polis en revanche puisqu’en disant au revoir en sortant de l’hôtel, pas de réponse des personnes à la réception qui n’étaient pas avec des clients. Personnes s’occupant du ménage très sympathiques.

Das Hotel liegt, wie der Name schon sagt, sehr zentral. Alle touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas an - ist allerdings nur bis 10 Uhr geöffnet. Die 70er-Jahre-Architektur ist Geschmacksache, die langen Flure hingegen etwas unheimlich. Das Hotel ist eingebettet in ein Ensemble aus den 70ern mit einem riesigen Einkaufszentrum - mit morgendlichem Anlieferverkehr und nächtlicher Müllabfuhr. Während unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Very Pleasant stay, highly recommended. Very close to the tram for the airport. Easy to walk into town. Friendly staff. Clean, well appointed rooms.

Dejligt centralt hotel med service i top

Hotellet ligger super centralt. Parkering tæt på hotellet til 24 euro Per nat. Hotellets personale var meget hjælpsomme og kom med gode råd til at se byen. Værelset havde god plads, og det man har brug for. Dejlig morgenmad.

Bonjour 2 fois les clés ne marchait pas Pas de petite serviette Pas de serviette pour le sol Pas de verre en verre Un sachet de deca pas de café Le téléphone ne marchait pas obliger de passer par mon portable Il faisait froid dans la chambre Ils m’ont dit qu’ils n’avaient pas de chauffage d’appoint puis ils en sont trouve 1 et la personne m’adde si j’étais frileux et m’a conseillé de mettre un sweat Ils m’ont apporté un chauffage par la suite
