The hotel does NOT offer a shuttle service - false advertising which is unacceptable for an airport hotel. They say it is based on availability but despite the hotel being empty and there being no traffic at the reception the staff did not want to operate the shuttle.

Great stay at Sheraton Bordeaux. Convenient for airport and walkable. Very comfortable and clean rooms, with a very good breakfast offering. They have a shuttle but not immediately clear how to organise one for airport pick up and I think it stops at about 3pm. Would be great to have running later into the evening as the walk at night isn’t ideal and the journey isn’t worth paying a cab for to be honest.

Excellent hotel, but restaurant was not open for dining on Sundays. A must for exhausted travelers. Location was too far to go elsewhere without a taxi, so we walked to airport to eat. I was charged an extra $30 to check in after noon, although I never observed any guests milling around. Lobby was always void of guests. Extremely odd.

My stay was one night and was exactly what I needed for a short and comfortable stay on my transfer from Bordeaux - just nearby the airport. The room was fabulous (undisturbed by noise despite the distance from the airport) and the staff professional. The transfer from the hotel to the airport was very convenient.

Great new hotel! Closed restaurant.
This is a brand new Sheraton and a beautiful hotel. It’s the most American hotel I’ve stayed in, in France. It has all the amenities. My only complaint is that the restaurant is closed on Saturday night. Crazy! It’s one of the reasons I stayed here, for my flight the next day, I wanted to be able to have a decent meal and looked for a hotel with a restaurant. I was quite surprised disappointed when I arrived, and they told me the restaurant was closed.

Beautiful hotel. But the shuttle doesn’t start running until 5:00 am, when first flights start at 6:00. Ended up paying 20 Euros to get to the airport. It was loud. Not from the airplanes but sounded like a ice machine was going off every 5 minutes. Incredibly difficult to get some rest before traveling.

Good airport hotel, little choice in restaurant
We had a problem checking in because of a misunderstanding with a 10% discount but after being looked at it was honoured but not without discussion. The bar staff were extremely pleasant and all spoke fluent English. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice, you wouldn't need to eat for the rest of the day if you were inclined to taste everything. The choice of teas was great. The rooms were lovely and big and well equipped with USBs and a phone chargers on the console. Tried to turn the heating down below 19 but unable to so was a little warm. Lots of mirrors. Lack of lighting in the main bedroom area. Although didn't use the gym or the pool on the roof it looked great and was annoyed I forgot my cossie. Parking available which we didn't use however no undercover walkway to get to the car park and it was throwing it down with rain the morning we left so you just get wet going to your car. Lots of seating in reception area along with power sockets to charge electrical devices. Looked at the restaurant menu but very uninspiring, very little choice.

The staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel is an easy walk to the airport. Bar menu has delicious food and whilst this is certainly not a budget option, it's great and I will happily return.

The staff was not helpful and gave the impression they did t gave to do anything to help because they were part of a bogged hotel chain and would get other customers anyways. The airport shuttle is COMPLETELY unreliable…. Do not stay there for that

The "five minute walk" to the airport is at least a 10 minute slog with all of your luggage. The "free shuttle bus" is only at certain times and if that does not suit you, you're on your own, it is a euro 20 cab ride. The staff were particularly unhelpful.
