The hotel is beautifully located within the forest, and its gardens are truly a highlight — serene, lush, and perfect for relaxation. The deluxe room we stayed in was spacious, well-furnished, and came with a balcony offering a breathtaking view of the mountains, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was another strong point, with a wide variety of cuisines available, ensuring there was something for everyone. Unfortunately, the service was a major disappointment. The poor English skills of most staff led to repeated mistakes. We had requested a room with a bathtub or jacuzzi long before our arrival, but instead we were given a room without. On two occasions, we were served the wrong dish, which was frustrating. If you don’t speak Russian, I recommend showing photos when ordering food to avoid similar issues. What made things worse was the attitude at the reception. The shift leader came across as unfriendly and, frankly, seemed to treat us differently in a way that felt discriminatory. This left us with a negative impression despite the hotel’s wonderful setting. With better staff training — in both language and basic hospitality etiquette — this hotel could truly reach the level its location and facilities deserve.

The treatments were top-notch, and the thermal baths were incredibly rejuvenating. Great area very bad service

Beautiful location but worst service. Almost no one speak English, no one smile and the hotel main restaurant is the worst. The food is not good and the main dishes arrived 60 min after order. When we wanted to cancel they told us they dont care and will charge the room or call the police. Its a shame that this beautiful location do not care about their guests 😢

Great design and worst service.

Likani is definitely impressive hotel, but … I took 3 superior suits there, and we tried 5 time to get room service and every call they hang up, then we didn’t had hot water in all 3 rooms, After the costume relation manager apologize about all the mistakes and took from our vacation few hours they even charged us for the club sandwich. Likani have terrible service and We will not go back again.

Poor service & management

The hotel was classified as a 5-stars hotel, however it can hardly fit into 4-stars category. I stayed there during a heavy snow period, when the roads were at a very bad condition to drive, so walking to Borjomi's city center was almost impossible. Thinking that I was staying in a "Resort & health Spa", I assumed that there was no need to go outside to eat or have coffee, however I was wrong. Everything was outdated, starting from the room to the cafe & Resturant. Room service was a joke, they come for cleaning in the late afternoon, when am back after a long day trip to get some rest!! and they hardly do a thing. For breakfast the Resturant only serves buffet, no menus orders. Instead I was directed to the "cafe" that serves nothing but coffee & alcoholic drinks. The Georgian Resturant on the 6th floor served good food, still it is totally neglected. So other days I had to go outside for a nice place & proper coffee/light meal. Even after snow fall has stopped, the path from car park to the hotel entrance was not cleared from snow buildup, which became icy & slippery. The only positive and nice thing was the park/forest of this place. They do have an amazing huge land, so Mother Nature is serving them well in this regard. This hotel requires total refurbishment & proper management

The hotel is in beautiful location, but staff and service is horrible! The rooms are big, beautiful view, clean swimming pool, could have been 5 stars. Staff does not speak English and will bother you ( they called me 3! Times because they had problems with Expedia)

Отель абсолютно не соответствует заявленному уровню . Здесь мало места , чтобы описать все . Мы описали наши впечатления и сделали фотографии , собираемся поделиться этой информацией в сети . Претензий к поварам и горничным - нет , только к руководству.

Sehr gute Bade- und Kur-Ausstattun. Mittelprächtige Küche (Buffet). Gute Lage. Der einzige schwarze Punkt. Fuer Taxi in die Stadt werden 20 Lare verlangt, waehrend der regulaere Taxipreis5 Laribetraegt. Unverständlich!

Bekvämt och rent rum. Trevlig restaurang på översta våningen, med toppservice från servitris. Personalen i receptionen var inte trevliga. Totalt ointresserade.
