I was charge valet parking which was not clear at the time of booking . This is not acceptable and need refund on my charges

The room was decently clean. Not the cleanest hotel room I’ve been in. The room and hotel itself was nothing very special. The area is very loud, constant sirens from emergency vehicles during all hours. Not sure if the room walls are thin or if our neighbors were just deaf, because their t.v was extremely loud all night long. The staff was terrific! Kind, friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy. Hotel restaurants were very good, both for breakfast buffet and for dinner. The location was extremely convenient for us. Parking was convenient and also a great price. Everything was within walking distance, no need to use our car during our stay.

First, I would like to say the staff was friendly and accommodating to me (I can't speak for anyone else.). Cindy was amazing at the front desk. Domingo the grounds staff was helpful and there were a few others I am forgetting. Overall, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms and bed. Elevator is just too slow for my liking. I enjoyed using the stairs, good cardio, too. Housekeeping did their job well, no complaints. There's no pool, which is a bummer. I was expecting a different layout for the breakfast - I was expecting way better variety and setup. Apparently, the hotel's restaurant was under construction. I walked to Erewhon (corner of Harvard and Wilshire), to get a better and healthier breakfast options some days. Transit was accessible to Third Street Promenade and the Pier. You can literally take the B4 or B1 bus. Overall, good stay.
