"A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced."

"The room was clean and tidy, even if a bit dated (1980s vibe) , it was comfy enough! The breakfast included was decent, and there was a lot of choice! We loved the fact how the gondola was less than a minute walk away."

"The hotel is a little dated and would benefit from a refurbishment, but the staff were excellent and the breakfast was great. The location is superb, with plenty of facilities and convenient parking. Outstanding value for money too, as our stay was very inexpensive. If you’re looking for something modern and stylish this may not be the place, but for value it’s hard to beat."
