Was told we could have adjoining rooms as we have kids prior to our stay but when we got there they could not accomodate us

Love no line up or wait at the elevator. Individuals at the front desk were very helpful as the kiosk would onky allow us to check into one of two rooms but unfortunately, not all of our keys worked. Bathrooms were well lit but the rooms were exceptionally dark at night with only two small lamps in the bed area that point down. Upon request, we were promptly given an additional lamp (which was not in the best condition but better than nothing) which was appreciated but still inadequate lighting. We requested daily room service and they only did one of our two rooms ONCE over the four days we were there. We did ask the attendants in the hallway for additional towels, and while they were helpful, it would have been nice to have the garbages emptied and beds made. House keeping only showed up at 9pm the one evening - way too late!! We called the front desk Our last evening, the TV in both rooms didn’t work with 'no signal showing' for every chanel. One of our rooms had a shower head with very minimal pressure - too the point it just dribbles out. Location on the strip was awesome with great food options. Starbucks in the lobby was appreciated.

It was a great stay.

Never ate in room or hotel to long of waits. To crowded and noisy

Best hotel on the strip. Great rooms. Spacious. Great casino floor.
