Amenities were non discript. Continental breakfast was a joke. No snack machines. Parking was $8 a day for outside parking and $12 for covered. Only good things were comfortable beds and good quiet ac/heat.

3.5 Stars really... The room was clean, beds comfortable rates awesome. For the price you can't really complain or ask for anything more. We felt safe. the room was comfortable, had a teeny tiny refrigerator and a microwave which worked out great for reheating leftovers from the restaurant. could be rated 2.5 stars for the not so great breakfast which was more like being in a shelter breakfast. three stars for the staff when they are present. not so helpful with the trash. the cleaning guy refused to take my garbage a few times and told me to take it to the dumpster and the garage 👀.

Everything worked out very well and I enjoyed my stay. The cost per night was attractive. 1/2 to 1/3 of the cost of hotels a bit closer to Boston. Safe, quiet and pleasant. A great value. The Staff was courteous and helpful. a very pleasant stay.

The hotel had a nice staff, great location to visit Lexington and Concord Revolutionary sites, everything was clean enough, and the atrium area is nice. If someone would put money into this place it could be a great hotel. It is worn and outdated, but has lots of potential.

Indeed the best part of this hotel was the staff member Tara. She went above and beyond to extend kindness and thoughtfulness.
