I had a very good experience at this hotel. The rooms were super clean, spacious, and beautiful, exactly what you need to feel comfortable. Everything was well maintained and organized. The room was fantastic, spotless, clean, Great view of the City of Boston. NO REFRIGERATOR in rooms, it was quite other than the City noises. I would Recommend to anyone else, and I do plan on staying there again in the near future!

The staff was great, and the room was in a convenient location. However, we noticed that the air circulation wasn’t very good, and there was a significant amount of condensation on the windows. We also noticed a few stains on the bedsheet before leaving unfortunately we didn’t notice when we got there until we were checking out.

Stayed for one night on their 12th floor, corner room. So very quiet at the end of the hall. Room was clean and comfortable and I loved the bed and pillows! Much needed after a long day. Front desk was kind and helpful, even at 2am when I rolled in and needed help with my key. I enjoyed the added security of the key scan to use the elevators and even the front door after hours. I will most definitely stay again, value, convenience, and service A+.

The room was modern with tasteful furnishings and was very clean. The HVAC system seemed to have run amok. The room was 74 degrees when I arrived. I turned the thermostat to 71 degrees to be more comfortable and it gradually cooled down. The problem was that it cooled all the way down to 65 degrees by the next morning. I moved it to 72 degrees and it came up to that temperature. I left it alone and it was fairly good all day, but again the next morning the temperature dropped to 65 degrees. I reported the issue to the front desk upon checkout.
