My two friends and I had a very pleasant stay! The apartment was clean and quiet, and in a nice location nearby several bus stops. I had some of the best sleep I've ever had while away from home during the two nights we stayed! The list of rules may be overwhelming to some, but I honestly loved it because I like having the fine details of my stays ironed out as much as possible, so having a list to refer to was a relief for me. All around a great stay, highly recommend and would love to stay again next time I'm in the area :]

Each room or resident needs a hand towel instead of 7 people sharing one, with one bathroom! I was told we could arrive at 9:30 am and then the owner argued that I was told 10 am. (I wrote it down) He also said he lives in this building. Obviously not by the guests downstairs.

We found this very convenient and safe. Parking is hit or miss. We were in room 7. We had towels but no wash cloths. We did not ask for any though. There is no dresser or storage. There is a close let but no hanging rod. There is no bench to put luggage so everything must go on the floor. There is a small desk and chair along with a side table. The common area has a high top table and 6 chairs available. The kitchen is nice and some food staples are available. That was an amazing surprise.

I had a flight be delayed overnight and thankfully this property was available! I just needed a room for the night and this room was perfect! Room, bathroom and kitchen area were all super clean! My bedroom was very simple but came equipped with a fan and a desk which came in handy! Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

0 stars…Terrible experience. We couldn’t stay there. Our room had a very strong moldy smell. My daughter and I have asthma and I are highly allergic to mold. We could not stay there as it was health hazard. I texted the owner about the mold and got no response. I contacted Expedia and they said they would talk to the owner to get a refund, as we had to find alternative accommodations, due to the mold. Unfortunately, he was unwilling to do the right thing even though we couldn’t stay there due to the mold. He would not refund the money. In addition to that there were many misrepresentations about his property. At best it is a hostel. You can’t wear shoes and have to climb 3 very steep stairs to stay in an attic. The double room we paid for was a full size bed and not 2 beds. The bathroom was a sink and a toilet. It said you had to clean the bathroom after you use it. No wash cloths are provided…only towels. There are cameras watching you everywhere and you can’t watch tv without headphones or earbuds and you can’t talk in your room, only whisper. The whole thing is a sham. I am out $667 and we never stayed there. The outside of the building looked nice. The kitchen looked nice. Expedia said there was nothing they could do.

THIS IS ONE OF THE SKETCHIEST PLACES I’VE STAYED IN. THE OWNER HAS AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING DEVICES IN ALL CORNERS OF THE APARTMENT. THE OWNER IS CREEPY, MAKES INAPPROPRIATE COMMENTS ABOUT WOMEN OR WHAT HE PERCEIVES YOU LIKE TO DO TO WOMEN SEXUALLY, AND WILL NOT LET YOU IN WITHOUT TAKING PICTURES OF THE FRONT AND BACK OF YOUR ID. I ENCOUNTERED A ROOM THAT WAS ADVERTISED AS HAVING TWO BEDS AND ONLY HAD ONE. THE BED IS HARD AS A ROCK AND THE BLANKET WAS CONFIRMED POSITIVE FOR BODILY FLUID STAINS. IF YOU THINK THIS HOUSE IS IN BOSTON BASED ON THE LISTING DESCRIPTION, IT IS NOT! IT IS ACTUALLY IN A HIGH CRIME SECTION OF DORCHESTER, MA! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CLEAN, SAFE AND HOSPITABLE ACCOMODATION, DO NOT STAY HERE!
