Wonderful location, clean & updated property. Comfortable beds, showers with excellent water pressure & temp, beautiful views, and loads of convenient outlets and charging options for all your devices. They thought of all the little things. Breakfast in Aura was fast & delicious & the staff very friendly and kind. It was a great stay.

For my purposes, the hotel is perfect for ease of access to the convention center and the hotel has everything I need with anything else close by. it's my second stay in the last few months. I will always look here first for a room.

Very comfortable, clean, convenient, quiet...not even one small problem or issue. Staff is great. Lots of restaurants within a stone's throw...but breakfast in Tamo in the hotel is always one of my favorite parts of staying at the Seaport. Highly recommend.

A beautiful hotel with a beautiful view and even better location. Very conveniently located and close to the harbor, airport, aquarium, upscale restaurants and much more. We felt very safe and welcomed.

Honestly one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had…very polite and curtious folks, bed easily one of the most comfy at a hotel I’ve ever slept on…very easy ride to the airport or into the north end for dining and nightlife…overall very happy, would easily come back next time in Boston to stay

The body wash, shampoo, conditioner dispenser in the showers is moldy on the bottom. I unfortunately had a room next to or above somebody who was smoking in their room and my room Unfortunately, reeked of smoke, after 11 PM. It was quite loud with people running around slamming doors. I received a text message about a week prior if I wanted any add-ons so I added on chocolate chip cookies to be delivered to my room however they stated that the request did not go through, and unfortunately, it was too late to order. Even though I showed the text with the order date of 5/1. Very busy hotel. Nice Central location in the Seaport, restaurants and cafés were amazing inside

Great place overall. It would help if the staff were a bit more friendly. Strange that you are expected to reserve a breakfast at their restaurant, haven’t seen this practice anywhere else.
