Everyone was so friendly, kind, and obviously knowledgeable about the area. They gave us great recommendations for other places around town to see, and we had an amazing time. The food at The Counter was so so good! Everything felt cozy but had a quiet luxury to it. We loved everything on our stay! We will definitely be back again soon!!

I absolutely loved my stay here. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, helped me check into my room early, and were ready to answer any questions I had. The Roof bar at the top is really the cherry on top. I extended my stay two extra nights because I loved it so much!

Only downside was that you have to park and walk with your luggage. The staff was exceptionally helpful. I wish the rooftop bar was open later on weekdays. Toilet being separate from the shower room was a little odd. Artwork was cool.

The room was clean but small. No coffee maker and coffee was not available until 7 am. The room also smelled the entire time of cooking. Like meat and seasonings. Too strong at most points. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly. Just need to do something to vent kitchen odor. Had dinner upstairs too. The salsa was not good and the chicken wings had a strange texture and flavor. Ended up just eating the chips and nothing else.

This is a great modern, clean and well functioning hotel. It is located right on the Essex street pedestrian way and is located right in the middle of the tourist area (an assets for some travelers and a detraction for some others). I’ve stayed here twice as a solo business traveler. The micro rooms have been great for me.
