“Upon checking in we found out that this was a pet friendly hotel. The room that was assigned to us smelled awful, like a big wet dog was just in there. Thankfully the front desk person was able to move us to another room. There needs to be something listed in the description of the hotel that this is a pet friendly hotel and no rooms are pet free. “Very quiet, clean room. simple breakfast but had nice conversation with other guests, I say this in a very good way, but to me this was a very quaint communal experience. Everyone I met either with hotel staff or guests made stay very enjoyable. ”

“We spent two beautiful nights in the upper lookout, toured the property, and ate breakfast and dinner prepared by Chef Eric during our stay.
