One of two elevators was broken - and they’re TINY. Only two people can fit if they have any luggage. The AC/fan window unit was also not functioning in our room. They boast about free coffee, but there’s zero creamer and they ran out of coffee before 10a. They couldn’t even provide those tiny gas station creamer packets. Front desk staff looked at me like I was an alien when I asked about how to get creamer or milk.
I also learned I had a beverage perk per Expedia, which they did not offer me.
