Clean comfortable space to come back to after a long day. No AC but the provided fans were helpful. Very nice kitchen and dining area. Nice space to hang out at either next to creek or by your front door. The front staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The room was motel-style, but had many useful things like paper towels, some dishware. The shower was great! Most importantly, the property is very cool. We spent some time by the creek, and the chairs there are comfortable! Love the fact that they have a trail just at the property that connects to Betasso trail. Overall a great experience!

Loved our stay! Close to trails and also a short 5-minute drive to the city! Only thing I could have hoped for in our room was a toaster, but I didn’t ask to borrow one either so maybe that’s an option. Beautiful property, clean, updated room, inviting lodge, and the stay was very peaceful with comforts of home yet an away-from-the city-feeling in the mountains. Thank you so much!

We stayed in the Lookout Cabin and it was perfect for our family (basically 5 adults and plenty of space for us to spread out). We had a visit to CU Boulder planned and added in a ski trip for Spring Break. The location was so convenient to Eldora mountain and to downtown Boulder.
