The staff was outstanding in the customer service they provided, from allowing us an early check-in, seeing that the other guest was severely handicapped, to offering the use of the dining room for visiting family, giving us an extra set of towels. I don't see this kind of service anymore. We traveled all the way from Guam. They were all so nice and made us feel so welcome.
