We stayed as a family of 4 for a few days, the room was quite small but was clean tidy and organised. Well equipped for families. I think the walls could be painted and the TV channels could be improved as they were all in French. An enjoyable and comfortable stay otherwise and perfect location! Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet rooms too, no disturbances.

Lovely apartment, no wifi due to building works. Location was very convenient to the town and aquarium. Lovely fish market nearby and other farmer markets too.

The accommodation was in an excellent location for visiting the town, old town and countryside/seaside areas around Boulogne. It was brand new and the kitchen was very well equipped so ideal for preparing meals in spite of not having an oven. We had an apartment overlooking the marina and town with a balcony which, had the weather been better, would have made the stay even more enjoyable!

Great apartment in amazing location

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartments are lovely, super new and clean. It has plenty of kitchen appliances if you want to cook few meals at home. The location os also a plus, walking distance to the city centre, aquarium and the beach. We didn’t need the car for anything during our stay. It was a bit too hot in the bedrooms even though it was pretty cold outside which made sleeping a bit more difficult for us than normal as we are used to sleep in a cool bedroom. Other than that it was amazing! Will definitely stay there again!

Clean and comfortable with all kitchen amenities. Over large round table and six chairs. A ceiling light hangs at head height in the middle the lounge. We tied it up. Nice balcony and view. Unable to open bedroom windows, so when it is warm the rooms are very hot. Would advise taking fan, as no aircon in apartment. Very limited clothes storage & hanging wardrobe is either side of the bedhead!!!!! Accommodation comfortable for 2 people.

The balcony was a good addition overlooking the harbour. Major new build going up right next door. Obviously been going on for months judging by the progress of the new build. This should have been mentioned to give prospective renters an informed choice. Arriving at the property was like a building site and not very pleasant to see and also a little confusing to find your way in to the property. Shower door was broken but usable. Staff were told of this and they sent someone up to look at it very promptly but didn't really fix it. Damage deposit was taken and 5 days after leaving the property we are still waiting for this to be released. Excessive daily charge per night for parking in their own car park. They offer compensation for the inconvenience of the new build but only on future stays at other their hotels. Would have been better if they'd waived the parking charge as compensation for the messy new build. Apartment was nice and clean and well presented and comfortable with a good selection of kitchen utensils. Double bed was a bit of a pain as it was stuck in an alcove and had to be climbed over to get into. Overall we had a decent stay but some thought needs to be given to telling people about the new build going on and their damage deposit arrangements as it seems to take so long to get your money back.

Heel aangenaam verblijf (met gratis parking) en op wandelafstand van het aquarium en de hoger gelegen stad. Perfect om op verkenning te gaan. In de buurt een heerlijke en grote Boulangerie Sophie waar men ook ter plaatse kan eten (ontbijt, broodjes, pizza, ...). Wij hadden de eenvoudige studio met zetelbed (kraakt een beetje maar toch goed geslapen). Wat beter kan gecommuniceerd worden is het keukenmateriaal. Als je koffie of thee wilt moet men zelf alles meebrengen, dus koffie en filters, theezakjes, enz. Prijs-kwaliteit zeer goed.

Good property the room was listed as a studio, this means a bed-sit with a sofa bed. I hasten to add that this was made and ready to sleep in. The man on reception was very helpful when we arrived and explained everything that was required.

The entrance is not very obvious and when we tried to check in reception was closed. The main door was locked and you needed a code to get in through it which we were not provided. Luckily we had friends staying as well who opened the main door so we were able to get to the reception but when calling the number to request for staff to come down noone picked up. We contacted expedia who found the same. Eventually someone turned up to check us in and after then it was fine but check in was a mess. The hotel should provide everyone with the code to enter the building the week before check in incase noone is at revption so at least you can get into the building and are not stuck outside in the cold! Room was small but the hotel id a convenient location.

This property does not offer the usual daily hotel cleaning services - the bed is not made daily, room trash is not removed daily, towels are not replaced daily, soaps/ shampoos are not replenished daily. However it is well situated with easy access to the city. Towels: For a room with 2 guests we were provided 2 large towels, 1 hand towel, and a bath mat. We were told fresh towels cost extra. Toiletries: one very small container of soap, and one small container of shampoo were provided. Additional soap/ shampoo can be purchased. Wifi: the TV was unable to connect to the hotel wifi. Our personal electronics had no issue connecting the wifi. View: most rooms seem to have a balcony. Ask for a room with a view over the marina, you'll have a great view of the sunrise. Deposit: there is a deposit to be paid upon check-in. It was refunded back within 12 hours of checkout. Bed: the bed in our 2-person room was the bed from a pullout couch. Location: it is well situated and you can easily walk to the various restaurants/ shops/ cafes/ old town etc. Breakfast/ lunch/ dinner: available for purchase but the menu is not worth the cost. It is cheaper to eat in the city. ATM: there is an ATM within walking distance of the hotel that does not charge a fee for withdrawals with a foreign card. Reception/ staff: the staff are polite, helpful, and speak english. Overall if you can manage your expectations it is a reasonable stay for the price.

Checked out in a hurry without a shower and without breakfast for my kids, as there was flooding in the building and had to carry our luggage and walk down the stairs for 6 floors! Staff didn’t even offer take away breakfast as it was available!!

Fantastic place to stay. Our room wasn’t ready at check in time but they got us a coffee each. We got into our room. Lovely view and everything was fab. Little kitchen to make your own food. Kettle, fridge and dishwasher. Just needed to go shopping to get the essentials. Short walk to everything.

STUDIO AGREABLE MAIS PETIT

La résidence est située à la limite de la rivière Liane, à proximité d'un arrêt de bus. Hormis une boulangerie, il n'y a pas de commerce alimentaire proche, ce qui est très gênant. L'environnement est joli (vues sur la rivière) mais bruyant (rue passante, manèges à proximité). Le studio est agréable avec un petit balcon mais il est d'un confort limité, surtout au niveau literie (canapé déplié), et de l'absence de volet (rideau opaque). Grande proximité avec la résidence sénior en face. Peu de place pour ranger ses affaires (petit meuble). Le coin cuisine est bien achalandé. Tout était très propre. Dame à l'accueil très serviable.

Ideale uitvalsbasis voor een weekje Boulogne sur mer. Handig dat je de wagen in de ondergrondse garage kan plaatsen. Spijtig genoeg rekenen ze hier wel een meerprijs voor aan per nacht.
