"A comfortable hotel, but Hotels.com needs to make it clearer that this is one of those European hotels without staff, where one needs codes to enter the building and room. Unfortunately, the hotel never sent me the codes, and I stood outside the door for a good ten minutes before a kind passerby helped me by calling the hotel for me to ge the codes (my US phone doesn't work in Europe). Aside from that pretty major mistake, the room was fine."
"Ho hum. The hotel turns out to be a different hotel a little way down the street. The E17.00 breakfast is average - I’d suggest getting something at the nearby bakery and having breakfast on a bench by the river. So, overall it’s ok but probably a little past it’s best. "

Despite the fact that these emails did not bounce back we were told that they had not been received. We expected the convenience of a meal at the hotel as promised on the Expedia website. Il manque un micro-ondes et la bouilloire etait pleine de tartre (non utilisé), difficulté pour me doucher car je suis grand et manque une porte, si on ne veut pas inonder la piece.
Revoir également la quantité de couverts et le rideau pas assez occultant dans la chambre
