"Pros: The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The property is very well maintained and kept up. The General Manager, Frederick was nice and helped out during my check-in process. Cons: The room would get hot at night and no matter how low I turned the AC down, it wouldn’t get cooler. I could hear people walking around and talking in the highway at night."

"I ended up leaving this hotel early. When we checked in, the floor looked dirty. The next morning I asked if it could be mopped and was told, "the floors just do that." I assumed that meant they just showed dirt more easily than carpet. Later that day, my kids were playing on the floor and came over with black, paint-like smears all over their legs. That's when I realized the black coloring was actually coming off the floor. It was getting on their feet, the sheets, the bathmat, and the bottoms of our bags. I went to the front desk and asked if we could move to a different room that didn't have the flooring issue. After explaining what was happening, I was told, "they all do that." Since it was already after check-in time and we couldn't switch rooms until the next day, I asked for a few extra towels so we could avoid stepping on the floor. I was told no because "if he gave me extra towels then there wouldn't be towels for the other guests." Between the flooring issue and the lack of any real solution, we decided to leave early. The one positive was the Hotels.com representative, who was very helpful and was able to get the remainder of our reservation canceled, including that night's stay."

"It's like a TEMU Wyndham .. has the name but is like a cheap knock-off that just doesn't fit right The check-in was rude. I showed up 10 min before check-in and was informed that she normally would charge me $30 for early check-in, but this time she would let it slide. Then proceeded to lecture me the whole check-in about how hotels only do check-ins between 3-4pm. I finally replied that was why I was there only 10 min early. Then got to room and it smelled like "fart", I assume mildew. Then door kept opening back up & the lock did not work. The a/c worked very well but didn't elementare the smell. Bathroom door kept sticking shut and I had throw body weight against it to get it open or closed. So either of us using the restroom at night woke the other person. It did seem mostly clean but most the metal in the bathroom was all rusting. The desk chair leans to the right and could not be used. I appreciated the digital checkout but will never be back."

"The welcome snack bag was a nice touch. The staff at the front desk was amazing. I would like to give Kyah Kudos she was very welcoming, warm and helpful. We were in a room where the hot water was not working, we let the staff know and immediately they moved us to another room where the hot water was working excellent customer service."
