I admit the guy at the front desk did have very good customer service skills. He was going out of his way to be a nice guy whom knew who to talk to the customers. Two major problems. 1. The big one was the the bathtub. Absolutely THILTHY. It had not been cleaned well in a very long time. I took a picture. I could call the health department. It was disgusting. This is the main reason I'm writing this review. 2. The TV. Direct TV was not giving me the basic cable channels so I could watch the Seahawks play. I had to go to a restaurant to watch the game when I just wanted to sit in my hotel room. The guy at the front desk claimed it was due to the weather, but that doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Maybe it should. The restaurant I went to had no problem getting the game. They have the basic channels advertised on a lamenated sheet in the room as ones you can watch. Maybe they should try the same carrier Red Robin uses. A minor problem getting in the door was kind of tricky. That locked was pretty banged up.

Staff was nice. The front desk guy put me in a non-smoking room because I didn’t realize I hadn’t picked non-smoking. I was traveling out of state for a family emergency and just needed a place to crash. The room was clean too.

Worth the Money

Room and bathroom were clean. They are pet friendly which we enjoyed. Waffles for breakfast are always a plus! Bathroom could use paint.

Convenient I95 stopping point

Stayed single night due to a sports event nearby. Very convenient location, just off I95. Quiet, spacious room, if a little dated. Comfortable bed. Breakfast OK and available when needed, although a few options exist nearby. Location close to speedway and the upcoming reservation.
