The stay was ok. Pretty average. The sheets and comforter on top were clean, but under those sheets were dirty. The shower for the bathroom also had no cover or sliding door so the floor would get soaking wet. Great staff though.

Very nice property close to theaters and Times Square. Relatively easy to get to, but be sure you don’t have your cab or Uber take you to the other Riu hotel in the area like we did. Not a long walk but different location

The staff were exceptional!! Super friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel was ok. Never felt unsafe which was nice. I would definitely stay there again next time I’m in NYC!
