"We were disappointed. Not up to usual Tru Hotel standards. Soap dispensers in our bathroom were almost empty. Had to squeeze hard to get even a dribble. Shower had low water pressure. All water had strong bleach smell which made brushing teeth or drinking very unpleasant. "

"staff was very friendly, Expedia listing parking , but staff said they lost their contract and was trying to update Expedia, lucky the lot across the street had a spot open. Breakfast was good, gym was nice. "

"We’ve stayed here before & return frequently. We like the spaciousness of the rooms. They are clean & accommodating. The staff is not overly friendly, but nice. The gym works for our exercise needs. The only downside we’ve experienced is loud walking on the floor above. The solid surface floors are good for cleanliness, but not so great when it comes to insulation. Overall, we’re happy with this hotel & will book again. "
