Loved location, parking, closeness to the beach, breeze way, and elevator. Rooms are adequate but need updating; no instructions on cable, facility rules, or garbage. No staff on site to ask questions. Had no cable and AC never really cooled down the room.

It was a beautiful view, clean room, No frills. Property does need some up keep, pool did not look clean at all. Beach chair area not kept up, sandburs everywhere where people walk through to beach. Our drains did not work well in toilet or bathroom sink. Otherwise Great location, convenient. We were put in Club Bamboo, sister property a few doors down which did work well for us. I thought is was a nicer property. I would stay again.

Terrible place to stay and terrible employees. They charged us 800 extra for having the kids (total of 4 ) for a king bed with couch, saying that was a 2 person room. Amenities are terrible, pool is dirty. The receptionist tricked us into paying almost double the amount we paid to expedia. Do not book this place!

The additional guest policy is not only on the Expedia booking page, but also on your confirmation email and guest registration. We prioritize making the additional guest policy as transparent and visible as possible to avoid a scenario where guests arrive at check in with more people than their reservation provides for. I have noted that you found the pool to be dirty and I appreciate the feedback.

Our Air conditioning didn’t work so no one slept well. Instead of fixing it they gave us fans. The room was wrong so our kids had to sleep on cots instead of real beds. There weren’t enough chairs or table space for everyone to sit down. Some of the lights didn’t work. The pool wasn’t heated, so we had to walk three properties over for a heated pool.

I like the staff. They were very customer service oriented and attended to our needs. However, the property is understaffed. This property needs a lot of updating and the word resort should be removed from advertising. This is not a resort. There is no food or beverage or ice on the property. The lounge chairs are so old that when you lay in them, your body sinks through the straps. Umbrellas are broken. Beds are horrible. Utensils and pots and pans are sticky and dirty. Our room had a hole in the wall and a broken window, which is a security problem.we couldn’t lift the faucet handle in the master bathroom, as it was stuck. The only things that The Dream Inn has going for it is that it is on the beach with spectacular sunsets and it’s amazing staff. I felt bad for the staff. They were running around accommodating everyone with smiles on their faces. They are overworked and need help. The investors could really make this place a spectacular resort if they would sink some money into it. I will not be returning to the Dream Inn, as I would rather stay at a real resort that is clean, has food and beverage, has working faucets, doesn’t have holes in the wall and that definitely has comfortable beds. Additionally, I also prefer a 24 staff. No staff at property after 6pm. The stay was definitely not worth what I paid. I love Marty and her daughter though.

The air conditioning did not work when we arrived it took till the next morning to be able to talk with any one. Then going back to keep checking up on the status of the repairs because the manager kept telling different lies. Then the shower handle broke and only cold water would come out and could not turn it off. I told the management as was informed the repair guy comes in at 10 am. At 1 pm i asked about an update as no one came to the room still and was told that they will be getting it fixed right away. At 6pm no one still came to the room and they tried to leave with out ever contacting me with any Updates. They told me i could still take a cold shower whats the big deal after i said this is terrible service.

Location is great. The views are gorgeous. Right on the beach. Larger rooms- 2 queen and separate master bedroom was perfect along with a kitchen. It’s not fancy, but is clean and friendly. Marty and staff are great!

Everything was as advertised. Rooms are a little dated but very clean and functional. It's right on the beach, and was perfect for our weekend getaway. Marty and staff are awesome. It's a great value and we would definitely book it again.

The view and location are amazing. Marty was very warm and helpful during our weekend stay. The room description said 2 queens and a king when we rented, but there was only a king and two full beds. Pool could have been cleaner, but pleasantly warmed during a windy weekend. As other reviews have mentioned +/- cleanliness - our apartment was pretty clean except for sand on the floors which gets tracked from being so close to the beach. Daily cleaning service not included in price, need to take out own trash.

Don’t believe the picture of the beach. No beach furniture or umbrellas. Furniture provided has past its life expectancy by 5 years. Property is on a nice beach. What is being marketed is not what is delivered. No balcony just a sliding door with a railing. Bedding was ok, kitchenette was ok, nice refrigerator. No room service, you go get you clean towels and linens everyday, you take you trash to the dumpster. Very outdated facility. The bathroom was filthy, shower curtain was filthy with a horrible odor, toilet was filthy. We were going to leave but it was late the office was closed so we bought our own cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom. Office closes at 6pm and you are on your own. Very noisy at night, banging doors late at night. Not recommending the Dream Inn. Very unfortunate because the small staff running the place was great…just not enough of them. Beach was awesome!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are very sorry to have fallen short of your expectations. Please allow me to provide some additional information so that our future guests might not be perturbed by your review. Periodically, bad weather makes it unsafe for the staff to set up beach chairs and umbrellas. At the managers discretion the decision to not put out umbrellas is sometimes made. The room that you booked is identified as an “Ocean Front Studio”. The only balcony rooms available are labeled as “Ocean Front Studio w/ Balcony.” This information is also available in our room descriptions. A room with a dirty bathroom would never pass inspection. Unfortunately, during busy season, when the staff is tasked with turning over 14+ rooms in a matter of hours, oversights are possible but never okay. I have begun investigating how this breakdown occurred. After hours when the office closes, we have very little control over the noise produced by the guests of the Dream Inn. This is most difficult during the busy season. We have taken measures to ensure that unauthorized people are prohibited from the property. Where possible, we have installed soft close doors and gates. If there is anything else that produced noise that we might be able to address, please let me know.
