Then they didn’t know how to make a room key, because they were unable to log into their computer program. The room itself was fine, but with the location so close to the highway, there was incredibly loud traffic noise all night. I would avoid this hotel "

"I did not feel like the property was particularly welcoming for either people or dogs. The staff seemed annoyed when questions came up. For example, morning coffee was promised in the lobby, but there wasn't any. Guests had to go to the restaurant and stand around and wait. The hotel is modern and beautiful and in a lovely location. But not friendly. "
