Very nice place.

It was very good. I stayed for a week. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. The bilingual employees were a huge help since i dont speak portuguese. Gustavo at the front desk always went above and beyond to help me.

Inicialmente fomos alocados em um quarto em que o ar condicionado não estava bom e a cama estava sem Pillow top,após queixar-me aqui na Hoteis.com, a equipe do Hotel prontamente entrou em contato e nos colocou em um quarto onde tudo estava perfeito inclusive nos dando um upgrade, indo para um quarto maior e mais confortável. Toda a equipe do Hotel foi prestatitva o tempo todo em todos os momentos. Da recepção que mesmo em reformas atendia bem ao café da manhã e a governança. Localização excelente e bom custo benefício. Recomedno o Hotel.
